How did you find EN World?

I haven't asked this in a while, and was wondering if things had changed as the site grows and new members join.

When I say "EN World", I also refer to "Eric Noah's Unofficial D&D 3rd Edition News" before it; so if you came to EN World from Eric's site, the question should be read as "How did you find Eric's site?"

I'm more interested in hearing how the newer members got here, though - the people who arrived in the last year or two. Did you stumble across the site by accident? Found it while using a search engine? A link on another site? Let us all know!

Huh... it was too long ago, I can't quite remember. Probably, I googled for "3e d&d" while looking for rumors on this new edition thingy.

i used to hang out in the official wotc chatrooms, and they started talking about this dude eric noah who started copying statblocks to his website. Back when we started trying to figure out what the hell this 3e stuff really was =)

Before 3e came out, I tried to get infos about it on the net. Found Eric's site.
Later, I joined several online communities about D&D, and ENWorld, as well. (Was already ENWorld then, I believe).

I was looking for reviews on a few books and asked around reaper miniatures website if anyone had any links for online reviews of books.

MojoGM showed it to me one day...I suspect I would have found it on my own eventually via doing a web search for D&D.

I have been pretty hooked ever since.

Shortly after 3e came out, my friend and I began surfing rather heavily, trying to find stuff on it. He ran into the boards and showed them to me. And now I spend hours on it...hehe..

My my, I found it after 3 edition was releashed but when it was Eric Noah's Unofficial D&D 3rd Edition News. When I found it it just seemed to be a nice little site I checked every now and then, and it wasn't important enougth back then to me for me to remember how I found it although I'm guessing it was google. Now I come here almost every day.
