How did you find EN World?

Was just looking for D&D stuff. Didn't even know there were rumours of a Third Edition yet. Found a link for this site by a guy named Eric Noah and went there. Saw it was about rumours on a new edition and I was hooked.

"How I found EN World" by Sledged

Earlier this year, I was wonder if anyone had made a 3E conversion for The Complete Guide to Unlawful Carnal Knowledge for Fantasy Role-Playing Games. So I did a search and found Guide to Unlawful Carnal Knowledge which answered my question. After digging through the site for contact information so I could ask "Are hermaphroditic, asexual, and genderless characters covered in GUCK rules?", I found a link to a thread discussing the development of GUCK, which was of course here in the EN World forums. To that last question I believe the answer was "No."

When I say "EN World", I also refer to "Eric Noah's Unofficial D&D 3rd Edition News" before it; so if you came to EN World from Eric's site, the question should be read as "How did you find Eric's site?"

Someone in my gaming group said good things about Eric's 3e news site and visited it pretty regularly right around the time 3e first came out. Although I had visited it once or twice, it's only been the last year or two that I've actually participated here. So the short answer is "referred by a friend." :)

Huh... it was too long ago, I can't quite remember. Probably, I googled for "3e d&d" while looking for rumors on this new edition thingy. :D
Yeah. What he said.

I had a glitch in my userID at one point, though, so the "member since" date doesn't quite match up.

I heard about Eric's site from people who were posting on Greytalk, the Greyhawk Mailing list...

I quickly bookmarked it as my source of info for the upcoming release of 3e. I've been coming here, since Eric folded his content into your site...
