D&D General How do I build Crystar in D&D?

I definitely had Moltar as a kid. I was not aware there was a comic. Cool axe and mace. I am not sure if he, He-man action figures, Microknaughts, D&D figures (Warduke, Elkhorn, Northlord), and Star Wars figures were miniature stand ins in early D&D games or not or just fantasy action figure adventures.

It's funny, because a friend of mine used Crystar in his old game back in 2e and statted him up as a paladin.
He chooses to ally with Order, so it seems like a natural fit to me.

I had considered the idea of Crystalium being a part of the elemental plane of earth or just some land in some other setting. I hadn't considered just making it its own world. :)
It's listed as having an "essentially earthlike" environment on marvunapp.com, so I would think of it as an alternative Earth in a parallel Prime. I like to put any world that's the focus of conflict for the PCs on the Prime Material Plane. I use the other planes in a secondary role.

Let's remember those characters were designed to be superhumans, not for stories "from zero to hero". We shouldn't talk about a loyal adaptation because if those characters aren't "nerferd" the balance power is broken in the lowest levels.
