How Do You Deal With Splatbooks?

steady job.. sort of. I work in 3rd party collections. So as long as people dont pay thier credit cards and student loans i have a solid career.
When it comes down to it though the time saver is huge. Instead of looking up X feat in X book with Y prestige class in Y book versus Z race in Z book. I get so say... you read the core, you know the core, we all know the core and the houserules about it, so hush and finish your turn or pass the dice. 15 minutes of page turning and bored expressions from the other players becomes 1 minute of debate and the next persons turn.
