Alphabetical and hyperlinked.

BTW, You need to include your own product in the section 15. Also, mention of the full name of the Dungeon Masters Guide is a no no (initials only), plus no page referencing is allowed. just a couple of the obvious problems I spotted that I figured you'd want to correct right away before you continue to distribute it.

Thanks for those pointers. I don't have the time to do anything about it this weekend (helping a relative with moving and then a lengthy rail trip will do that), but I should be able to do something about all these points and more over the Easter weekend (IIRC, the licence gives me 30 days to make appropriate changes...).

Well, yes and no. Since you aren't even actually using the d20 license and logo at this point, strictly speaking (since you do not use the logo and proper phraseology on the front of the product, though you do utilize some things that the d20 license allows that aren't allowed under just the OGL), you aren't actually violating the d20 license so much as just flat out stomping all over the IP of the company that was kind enough to give you a license to use in the first place. Your misuse of the OGL, some would say, allows anyone to basically stripmine the OGC and redistribute as their own with no attribution to you. Further, distributing the violating material in the interim, on the basis that you have 30 days to address the violations, isn't the proper way to handle this. What you need to do is stop distributing the material until you get things straightened out. If you're going to run with the big dogs, you have to get off the porch.

I've managed to find the time to create and upload a new version which should address your concerns.

Your concerns, my friend. I just hate to see a guy trip on his own laces when he gets so close to the finish line. I wish you well and hope you enjoy the upcoming holiday with your family and friends.
