How do YOU say "mystic theurge"?
Hey, I have a 4th cousin named Mystic Theurge*. He lives in rural Arkansas, and his nickname is Bubba, so I guess I'd pronounce it Bub-Ba. How about from now on we just refer to this character class as "the Bubba Class"?

*Blatant lie, although Silver Moon really does have a 4th cousin named Bubba who lives in rural Arkansas.

coup de grace should always have the "s" sound pronounced otherwise it sounds like kick or stroke of/from fat. So, for everyone once and for all, to clear this up:

Coo-Duh-Grahss would be finishing stroke or stroke of mercy while coo-duh-grah would be stroke of fat. And yes, it is duh, not day because des = day and de = duh for the most part. Thank you and good night.

Ah and look at the lovely little discussion I've started... :D I love it when people argue over pronunciations... :)

personally, i like the sound of:
THEE-urge
DWAY-mer (dweemer sounds too much like... a weird sexual thing for nerds)
Drow like cow
kuh-THOO-loo
zvart
boo-LET (boo-lay.... ack... that's just not doin it for me!)

THeurge? Theurge? I've got "Theurge" to Herbal. :D

I'm now dedicating my life to ruining any chance of anyone being able to keep a straight face at the gaming table ever again, one prestige class at a time. ;)
