Coming in late as well but the PHB defines a Natural Weapon as a part of a creature that deals damage (teeth, claws or other appendages).
I visualize monks with the feat to have fists or feet (or whichever body part chosen) to be especially harder than most. No outright changes in appearance (bigger fists or feet), though.
And damage wise, I think this feat is going to make monks a little bit more viable in combat. And, IMO, they need the help.
