How does Magic of Incarnum compare to

From what I have seen of Prestige Races, there is really no way to compare the two. I like Magic of Incarnum, the classes seem interesting, the powers are distinctive and not overpowering. The races are a little bland fluff-wise, but that can be fixed.

I don't have MoI yet, so I couldn't tell you. But I had commented on the similarity of the concept of "binging chakras" (the extent I know of how MoI handles it is in the previews) on the Second World yahoo group.

I sat down and looked MoI over and compared them (in my head) and I have to say that I like SW's system better. Yes, it costs money (or influence) and xp, but the results are generally better for the wardens. The feel I got from MoI was the Force used to power psionic-ish powers that provide skill bonuses.

So I got something else instead (Serpent Kingdoms) that I hope I can use with SWS. Reptiles as feral wardens, heh. Reptiles as feral wardens in Oathbound, cool. Now if only someone would do a intelligent vermin book, I would be all set.
