Yes, but the speed at which a creature with out a listed swim speed can swim via the swim skill is based on the creatures land speed. So IMO since the speed at which you can swim is based on your land speed I think that anything that increased your land speed would increase the speed at which you can swim by using the swim skill. The Barbarian's speed bonus would of course not increase an actual Swim speed (or Fly, Climb, and Burrow speeds). That is my take on it anyway.Dark Jezter said:From the 3.5e PHB
