It would be interesting to see a "Top xx" page. A place where a customer can see the top 10 or 20 products purchased, perhaps by category, and overall, much like the pages that rpgnow has.

There is one. It's called "Bestsellers" and is in the main menu. It defaults to all products and all categories, but the filters at the top of the page can be used to select any bestseller list you like.

Really? I get two different pages. One (the bestseller page) currently has CMG's SRD Bundle in the #1 spot, while the other (the top rated page) has an EN Mini-Game in the top spot.

Which page are you getting for them both?

The difference between "Best Rated" and "Best Seller" is that best rated is based on average review, and average product rating from the customer (in their bookshelf). Best seller is the stuff that is most downloaded/bought.

Can I get an indication, please, whether the Pick 'n' Mix is going to indicate whether it's new material or older, already published material and in the later case which source it's from?

I can't respond for all vendors, nor for the store proper, Pinotage, but I will provide you with our own response to the question:

If E.N. Publishing ever re-releases product in P&M format, we'll be sure to say so on the P&M product in question that it is material from product X. For example, in "Instant Bawdy-Houses" Pick and Mix product, we state clearly in the extended description that the example stats for courtesans and madams are excerpts from Everyone Else. However, we have no intention at this time of taking material from our full-length releases and re-issuing them in P&M format - only of using some such material as supplemental material for our P&M releases (like the above example).

On the other hand, in time we are likely to take some material from P&M and reissue them in full length releases. In those cases, we will definitely update the description of the P&M to say it is also included in product X, as well as indicating in product X that it contains the contents of P&M products Y and Z.
