How long have you been with your gaming group?

Two of us have been around for (yikes!) nearly 13 years now. We lost our other 12+ year veteran to a new job in another city. Another person's been playing with us for something like 8 years, and the last has been here for 3 or 4, I think.

Right now we've settled down to 4 people (1 GM, 3 players) for the first time since 2000, which is kind of cool because it lets us play some games that we could've never really managed with 5 or more players.

My weekly table top group, 2 or 3 years

For my play by post game for players who've moved on (perils of a college town) I have been gaming with two for at least 18+ years.

And I play in an annual TFT game with the two people I started gaming with in '76 or so.

I've been with three of my players for 16 years. The newbee started 14 years ago.

I'm looking for an alternate group, as well, so maybe soon I'll have a second entry for the chart.

Multiple groups:

1E AD&D, every other saturday: this group has been together for over 20 years, in one form or another. I am the newcomer, at 5 years.
3.5 homebrew group: 4 years, just ended the campaign
basic/expert group: 6 months

the basic/expert and 3.5 group are merging on the 3rd of january.

10+ for me, almost 11, in fact. My wife and I created my gaming group from scratch, the old fashioned way - I game with my two sons, ages 20 and 18. We've been playing since they were 9 and 7.

I've been playing 20 years. One guy in my group started with me. The two woman came from another group that started with the same DM later that same year. So that's Eighty years game experience at the table (and boy are we tired [ I know - groaner]).

I'm the baby of the group at 40 years old and we range up to mid 50's.

I've also recently (1 year) started playing in a new group of all gay guys, mostly newbies.

10+ years. Some longer than others- of our current group, I think the oldest player (in terms of how long he's been in my game) is prolly from about 12-13 years ago, and the newest is prolly at about the six month mark.

I'll have been with my group for 23 years this May; the group had started several years before I joined, and there's still 3 members of said group who predate me.

My current group started up around 4-5 years ago and I joined them about year after that. We just added a new regular that we met on these boards about a year or so ago.
