I'm at 7 sessions run from January to March, about 6 weeks of school left, so probably 4 more sessions this semester. Not GMing over the summer (need to recharge and rearm), but then maybe another 11-12 sessions next semester should put me in the low 20s for the year (plus maybe 2-3 sessions if I DM for my family when I go home for winter break). This'll probably be a record year for me; last year was probably in the 10-20 sessions range.

I run two campaigns, both of which meet fortnightly. After various cancellations that will happen through the year, I'm expecting a total of about 40 sessions for the year. I'd love it to be more, but it's just how life works.

I also play in another campaign (again fortnightly).

The two campaigns I run are Epic and Paragon; I play in Heroic. Hey, I've got all the tiers covered! :)

Cheers!

Where's the option for "Not Enough"? That's the one I'll need as each of the sessions I've tried to arrange so far this year have all fallen through due to various last minute issues.

At this point, I'm hoping for one, honestly.

Vikarr - why is online gaming different? Or do you mean play by post.

I haven't had a face to face game in about ten years despite playing weekly almost religiously.

Goes off to run his game now.

I run a campaign every other Saturday. I play in other games but on rare occasions will GM a session for those. I also volunteer to judge for the RPGA on very rare occasions (cons only). So I picked 21-30. I used to GM a LOT more, at least twice a week. But GMing is an almost thankless job.

We play weekly, so my goal is to get in 26 sessions this year. Of those, I would like to run (DM/GM) half. So, I chose the 11-20 range. I'd like it to be more. There is no shortage of games I would love to run.

Oh lord, I have a problem. As of this moment, I am one of only two people (out of 15 respondents) who has selected "more than 50." I don't run a game every single week, but I often run two or three.

My Friday night online game of War of the Burning Sky is pretty regular; I'd say we generally meet 2.5 times per month, so that's 36 sessions.

My in-person game with friends and my wife is realistically about monthly, so I'm up to 48 there.

I run an occasional game online with my wife, her brother, and his wife; I'd call that another dozen sessions this year easily - that's 60.

And then I run Living Forgotten Realms games at my local store and at conventions. That's a bare minimum of one per month at the store, and I ran three sessions at the last convention and I plan to Iron Man the next one, which is nine more...

Holy crap, that's 84 sessions this year! And I'm not exaggerating at all.

Wow, no wonder I feel overwhelmed with all of the D&D I'm running! I need a hobby. Maybe I should take up role playing games...
