How often do you play?

Usually Mondays, starting between 2-4PM and play for 3-4 hours. We are considering doing a brunch game on the weekends, but this will probably only be once every month or two.

The campaign I GM we play weekly on Sunday afternoons for 3 hours. I just joined a by-discord game that's a Dungeonworld variant set in Neverwinter. We've played one sessiion, but intend weekly 2-2.5 hr sessions on Monday nights.

I'm currently playing in a Thousand Arrows game run by @Manbearcat on Thursdays with @AbdulAlhazred and @deleuzian_kernel. We generally play for about 2 - 2 1/2 hours. It's a fun group and game -- we're generally playing with the pedal all the way down, which has led to a pretty grotty situation for all three PCs. Two samurai were assassinated and one was killed in a duel last session. Two of them at dinner (bad!) and one just after the theatre had been canceled for the evening (worse!).

I'm also running an irregular one-on-one game of The One Ring 2e with a buddy back east. His Barding second son is currently trying to negotiate a trade/military treaty with the Iron Hills. We play again on Tuesday. We usually manage about 1 1/2 hours.

We play in-person, so scheduling is a pain. Our intention is to play weekly, but I went with Bi-weekly because that's roughly the average. Currently on a month-long break because I'm taking a class.

We shoot for twice a month. Sometimes we get three games in. It just depends on people's schedules. We mostly play on Saturdays nights for 4 hours

Once a month. An 8-hour game. I'd rather run one longer game than two shorter games. I would like to play more frequently but it is hard to regularly schedule a weekly or biweekly game, whereas we've been able to find one Saturday a month to play for the last 10 years.

I'd like to say monthly but all my friends live far away and we do miss some months due to scheduling difficulties so "a couple of times a year" it is.

My new campaign is starting this week, and the intention is to play weekly although I expect we will average biweekly over time. This game is played online with Roll20.

I also play in about a dozen PBP games, which I review daily. Not sure how you want to count this as PBP is asynchronous.
