1 regular group, the one I GM for at my house 2/month. I also have players from old groups in other countries who I occasionally GM or play with, often online.

I've got two. A Saturday group and a Tuesday group. Fridays, one of my other free days, I generally tend to paint or handle other non-direct RPG matters like setting up the game for Saturday!

We have one "group", but about 3 games running within it, and different guys in the gruop play each of the different games (although I play in all three). ;)

Just one right now, an Eberron campaign.

For awhile I was in two campaigns. One D&D 3.0 homebrew with eight players. The second game was made up of five members of the original group who wanted to game more often.

Unfortunately due to work and family issues (particularly notable as five of the group are related to one other) our current group has only four members (none of whom are related).

While I am technically a member of two groups, they are composed of a lot of the same players. Both groups number 7 total players, but 5 players are common to both groups, so maybe it's 1 group with multiple variations, or maybe it's 2 groups... who knows?

Between and Club and a Game Store

I don't generally play in more than 3-4 games at any time, but there are a number of overlapping groups that I do play with. In my area, there's an active game club on campus and a game store off campus that also has a gaming room. There have been several times when I wasn't in any game, by choice, and didn't fear not being able to get in one when my schedule freed up. That's a good thing! :p

So I had to pick 5 or more, even though, as I said, I don't have time for that many games. An option for a gamer-rich environment would have been the one for me!
