one and only.......ever !!!!!!

Hi all,

I have been playing Dnd way back from 1st edition(advanced) and think I even managed a game or two with the even older Red Box Basic set. (Is that a collectors item...yet ? coz I saw one for sale in a second hand book store....wondered if it was worth buying.....again...DOH !!!)with the same group of people, where some extras have come and gone over the years (20+ now) but the core still remains....nice to think that maybe we will all still be playing when we have grown old and need to have someone else roll our dice. What a thought......must be trippin' :o I have joined other groups(both as player and DM) but never found the same style of play or commitment that I found with my original group. ;)

Just one. We run every Friday night at my house. Rotating campaign. Most of the players in the group also game with each other at least one other day per week in a campaign I don't play in. I'd love to, but barely have time to game one night a week.

Two for me. With one group I play in an Eberron game Thursday nights, and with a seperate group on Saturdays we are currently alternating between Black Company d20 and GURPS Modern.

To how many different face to face gaming groups (with different people) do you belong?

I voted 5 or more. I'm a whore for gaming.
Currently one. If my work schedule wasn't an annoying rotating shift, it'd be two or three for sure. As it is, I pretty much have to play with a group who can schedule around my work schedule, which basically relegates it to biweekly if we want to keep it on one day of the week, which stinks.

I may get a chance to see if I can at least find a weekday group that'll fit my schedule, though, in addition.

I only game twice a week, but one group plays almost weekly (the first three firdays of the month), one monthly (the forth Friday of each month), and two play every-other week on Saturdays (alternating).

These four groups have a fair amount of crossover, but I' the only person in all four.

One gaming group, meeting every monday, tuesday and wednessday evening. I DM a homebrew right now, soon to shift to Eberron. Wednessdays alternate Between D&D and Starwars.

3 currently, although one of them has been on hold for quite several weeks ATM.

Anyway, they aren't really separate groups, as some players belong to more than one.
