How many sneak attacks?

FWIW, I'm convinced. An invisible rogue (against someone who is not flat-footed!) only gets his first attack as a sneak attack, as the invisibility only denies the opponent its dex for that first attack.

After the first attack, the rogue is visible (or un-hidden, if that was his schtick), and the opponent regains his dex bonus to AC.

BTW: It is clear that being "flat-footed" is NOT the same as "losing your Dex bonus to AC". The latter does not imply the former. You cannot be flat-footed after round 1 (unless yer dead!).

Not that it matters but I think that The sage or was it customer service that said that you get all of a full attack before you turn visible. Keep in mind they never seem to answer why. I would guess that is because then they would actually have to use the rules to verify their ruling. I’m one win and one loss in talking to the customer service thus far though neither of their replies made me happy. For me the why is more important than the ruling. Why (HAHA) you might ask? Simple, I would be able to use the ruling to apply to only things instead of asking more questions. Oh well. Have a good one.

Can you give me a quote on that, please?

I’m not sure but there was another thread where this was discussed the whole when you become visible and that is where I read it. I don’t have access to the search function. Sorry I wish that I could supply that. Anyone else?
