I bought pretty much all 3ed stuff, including several duplicates, which I use to give PHB and such to certain players to use who don't have their own.

I also have every 3ed Dragon and Dungeon magazine. (Ok, I have every issue of Dragon and Dungeon, period, but I only counted those that came out since 3ed for the poll).

I have a bunch of 1ed and 2ed stuff as well - in 23 years of gaming, I am sure I have quite a large amount of gaming stuff. I can almost completely fill two whole five shelf, large bookshelves full of gaming stuff, though there is one shelf that is just Shadowrun and there are a few other miscellanous games that probably make up another half shelf - which leaves about 7 shelves full of D&D stuff from various editions.

The Dragon and Dungeon magazines take up three and a half shelves by themself.

That's one (of the many) things I love about this board. There is always someone way more obsessive/compulsive about a particular item than I am! :D

So some of those d20s must be numbered 1-20. Aren't just just a pale imitations of the originals, numered 0-9 twice? Or did you get a different schtick yet? :D

yes, i must admit. most of them pale in comparison to the originals. but heck my dog ate my Original originals 24 years ago.

i still recovered them. but that is a tale for another time.

you know i once gamed with you....on a yahoo club. ;)

Well it would be <$500 if it hadn't been for the new minis. Not having had a running campaign for a while helps but less than 500 over 3 years, I'd say I'm doing much better than in my 2E days. I have 3 boxes of 2E stuff that I'm looking to dump.

I've spent around $40,000 on books...
About a quarter of that on RPG books, about a fifth of which are d20 or D&D related.

So um, yeah :-)

more than $3000 on minis
more than $2000 on dice
more than $1500 on 3 modules alone
more than $150 on Original D&D (1974)
more than $1200 on 1edADnD
more than $500 on Basic, Expert, Companion, Masters, Immortals D&D
more than $2000 on 2edADnD
more than $1000 on d20 junk
Take off the minis, half the dice and OD&D, this is pretty much what my collection was.

I sold most of my 1/2E stuff at an auction in about 1993. I think the face value of it was roughly $4000, maybe slightly under that.

For 3.x, my estimate is just under $500 bucks. Of course, I've been under-employed for most of the last year, so there's at least $300 worth of stuff on my "woulda gotten it" list.

Um I misclicked would a mod mind increasing $1000+ and decreasing 500-1000 by 1? Wee. Price hikes from US -> Australia is disgusting. Heck I have over $AUS500 in Dragon Magazines for 3e alone.
