How not to run a Job Fair.

I'll throw out a decent word. I went to a job fair the hospital I work at was having, talked to a lady from Pathology, and got my foot in the door for an interview. Now I've been working for over a year! So it's not always a lost cause... just most of the time. :P

I got my last job from a Job Fair, so I know they can work. This one was just an exercise in disorganization. Fortunately, there's another coming t the usual Convention Center venue soon.

My prospects ain't great. :) 38, partially disabled and on heart meds, and with the stink of three failed companies on me in the last ten years. :P

I keep making the attempt, though. Can't give up, or you may as well already be dead.

Maybe you can get a job running career fairs. It sounds like they could stand for a switch in staffing. ;)
