How often are you visiting the WoTC boards?

It's pretty much nothing but rabid 4E fanboys with heavy-handed, one-sided moderation, so I have no interest in going there.
That's true of the 4E boards (including the one set aside for criticism of 4E, which is really annoying), but I haven't noticed any fanboys on the Rules boards I frequent.

I spend a lot less time there than I used to, though. Same as here. And even Paizo, since they got all censoriffic, too.

It's probably related to 4e stress, but whatever D&D areas I check into recently seem full of anger and immaturity.

The Star Wars RPG areas are somewhat better.

Agreed.

I try infrequently, but the attitude of too many of the posters is very hostile and unpleasant.

Yes, there is a large 'gang' of very rabid pro-4E fans (some even call themselves "4E Avengers"). The existence (and behavior) of these Avengers seems to have created a small, but very vocal and equally rabid group of anti-4E fans. Far too much of the posting over there, particularly in the Concerns & Criticisms forum, consists of nothing but childish and tedious in-fighting between these two camps.

The din has grown loud enough that it drowns out the fun ... and I haven't learned anything useful there in far too long.

Recently, news of Monte Cook's involvement in Paizo's new RPG generated a level of toxic posting I haven't seen since September 2007. I would have to describe the tenor of much of the posting as 'character assassination,' with Mr. Cook as the general target. I was appalled to see the personal rancor and venom ... and equally appalled to see that their Mods apparently can't stop that behavior.

Sad.

I used to go to the wizard boards, msotly for Char-op, but also sometimes the DM help and Player help forums, but since Gleemax came, I only check the online games forum, and even that has nothing for me. I do not really have a reason to go over there.

Since the announcement of 4E, my interest in the WoTC boards has dropped like a stone. It wasn't an intentional decision mind you. I just find that I am no longer interested in them. And I used to visit them once or twice a day in the past. Has anyone else seen their interest fall off?

That, the slow release schedule and sluggish talk on the Star Wars forums, and Gleemax have made me an infrequent visitor. I used to go every day or two, now I check in about every two weeks.

Never at the moment. To be fair, though, I think I've visited them less than ten times since they first came online.

Practically never. I developed a preference for ENWorld years ago, and didn't go back to the WotC boards. The community here is far more eclectic. I'd imagine that there'd be quite a bit more discussion about 3.x stuff here after 4e is released than there will be over at the WotC boards. I don't see it as simply some edition war thing, the WotC boards just tend to focus on the current stuff. ENWorld has plenty of discussion of the older material going on most of the time.

I used to post both here and on the WotC boards on a daily basis. But now I spend more time on the Paizo boards and RPG Net.

The WotC boards have become a mess to use, Gleemax is a joke, and the moderation has continued along its inconsistent path. Its a pathetic situation when 4E designers spend more time communicating with their customers on this site, than they do on the WotC boards.

I still go there about once a day to check out the Eberron boards and see if Hellcow posted, do a quick check on the Star Wars boards, and an even quicker check on the Realms boards.

I used to go to general, what would a DM do, and the like, but stopped that a few years ago.

I'm recently coming down from my WoW raiding schedule, the one problem being that once I quit raiding, I now see no point to playing WoW and haven't logged on in 11 days. Hmmm. So, now, I have a bunch of extra free time.
