Thanks, never thought of that. A few levels of gatecrasher might go well with the divine seeker from part IV of the adventure.

Stoneshaping the place so there's no entrance to the ritual site would be a good one.
I find andargor's logic pretty compelling regarding opening a mansion in a forbiddance, and I've just told my players that it won't work (I don't really want to punish them, and the sorcerer would surely know this ahead of time), but the stoneshaping idea is a good one, and I may just yoink it for part IV, in which there is no forbiddance to worry about.
