How to gain another Feat Slot without a houserule?

I'm working hard developing my Dragonborn/Warlord/Fighter/Kinsei/Avatar of Io and, after checking all my math, I think I'll need one more feat slot until level 30 to finish some combos...

Well, besides being ah human, is there any item or other mechanics/combinations in D&D 4e that would give me 19 feats instead os 18?? I was wondering about items, but never see "free feat slot" or something like this in nothing I read.

1) Retrain. Do you need all those specific feats?
2) Take your lumps. Feat limits exist for a reason.
3) Perhaps there are items that replicate some of those feats. (For instance, crystal orbs seem to boost psychic damage attacks, pretty similar to a PH1 feat.) If you don't need a feat as a pre-requisite, you could go item hunting.

It would be a lot easier to do an analysis if you post your feats and what combos you're looking to perform with them.

1) Well, I'm on 7th level, and I know I'll have some "retrain slots" saved for powers, so... And my current list of feats are reaching what I expect for the char, so I wouldn't want to change some options.

I didn't have time to read your post, but I felt I should point out then when you hit paragon tier, you can retrain paragon tier feats into heroic tier feat slots. So maybe there's a heroic tier feat you don't need anymore?

Pitch an article to Dragon magazine, and discreetly include a feat that accomplishes what two existing feats already do.

I know this is specifically what you didn't ask for, but I've found that many DMs are open to granting an expertise feat for free at level 5. If all the other players have an expertise feat, mention that the feat slot no longer really "customizes" characters, because everyone has to take them to make sure their character remains competitive. It's an acknowledged issue, even by WotC.
