How to make poi-poi as weapons?

off hand flail? isn't that a nunchaku? if they aren't published yet for 4e, they will probably turn up in Psionic Power.

Off-hand flails are currently:

• Net
• Scourge
• Whip
• Double Flail (kinda, cause it's two handed)
• Spiked Chain (kinda, cause it's two handed)

I chose the whip because reach seemed like the best match.

Prolly not PP, if anything more weapons will appear in AV3.

It doesn't seem like the poi-poi would do enough damage by itself to qualify as a weapon. I'd go with using it as an implement. Ki Focus (as mentioned) is a good one. It is not the physical effect of being hit that hurts, it is the skill/magic/whatever behind it.
