TOGC's Skills doc is 29 pages, which is pretty much the same as the unedited SRD.

So now we have Races and Skills reasonably under control, what next?

Curses.... It just occured to me I haven't included Psionic uses of skills, nor Epic. I'm not sure I can manage to include Epic. Not because I can't, but on purely moral grounds: The Epic rules are such mess.

OK, apart from my waffling along the lines of James Joyce, what next?

Abilities? Feats? Spells? Combat? Conditions?

Wouldn't that be "Aproshgum washalang hennalongaline Softjames Joys, wotch necks?"

I have no use for epic rules (obviously), and I'm hoping to keep psionics separate since they're not in many campaigns.

I thought someone was already doing Abilities and Classes, but I haven't seen it. I'd think Combat may be the hardest nut to crack, in terms of the wording being somewhat delicate. Small omissions or changes might actually mess up that chapter, so I think we should break it down and try to do stuff in the open if we touch its wording (which I intend to).

I've been doing abilities and classes mostly. Did a page of monsters just to see how well it compacts, but have been having health issues so haven't gotten much done.

No worries. Heck if projects were bonfires this would be spontaneous combustion in a can of paint at the back of the barn.
