How would you take over the modern world if you had magic?

Someone has a death wish. Understandably its a good idea but I just don't trust Joss' vamps further than I could kick a rat. So Vamp Willow not an option for me. If I want another girl, I'd get Lilah. theodinheadbasher

Now to be protected from missles as well, you would need like, protection from fire as well. possibly some other protection spells, but those are the important ones.
And how powerful is this MIB like agency? Would they be able to withstand a full scale assault. Since you are rich, hire mercenaries, and then augment those forces with summoned troops. Toss in a fireball or three, maybe a chain lightning, and you've got yourself one dead anti-magic agency. And since they answer to no one, they have no backup.
