Does the Science Fiction Book Club ship to Iceland? They have compilations of the Elric saga, but I am not sure what other Moorcock they might have.

I voted Moorcock, but I haven't read huge amounts of Conan stories. It's kind of apples and oranges, isn't it? My primary exposure to written Conan is collections of short stories, while my experience of Moorcock is series of novels - BTW, The Warhound and The World's Pain is my favorite, though I'm also a big fan of the first few Hawkmoon books. Moorcock does have some less than great stuff out there, a function of his prolific writing habits (write enough and some of its bound to be bad!).

Yeah, what do they have in common except writing sword & sorcery (at some times) and living in Texas (at some times)? Elric is the least of Moorcock's work (try Jerry Cornelius, or Mother London!), and he's a literary heavyweight who achieved his potential, which Howard didn't.
