Not necessarily. First off, I always imagined that the Hulk's transformation had side-effects similar to steroids; second off, Freddy Got Fingered had a large Green penis as its star and opened to wide release.

Not according to one issue where his clothes got burned off (along with half of his body mass), which left the women staring and the leader requesting that the Leader asking him to cover himself so the men present would develop severe inferiority complexes.

Of course that was only after he regenerated the damage.
