It's worth noting that retraining your pact-specific at-will power doesn't really help you much--Each power does pretty much the same thing in a slightly different way (1d6 damage, and discourage the target from attacking you). The only obvious exception is a Cha-focused star pact warlock switching out for Eyebite.
