Humor: If WoTC moved to the South

And the Yankee chimes in:

Spell targets would be designated as "Y'all" for a single target, "All Y'all" for multiple targets. Ranges would be "a piece" a "fur piece" and "way the hell and gone".

:D

Damn Yankees!

It wouldn't likely be "All y'all" (well I suppose it might be)... But more likely it'd be "An' nem", ex: "I cast this 'ere FarBawl at the Lich an' nem over thar".

By the way, I'm goin' to see Momma an' nem this weekend!

And yes I am from the South...

Actually, I understood that part. But then how do you explain "all y'all"? Is this also second person plural?

We can't help being confused. Our brains are frozen.

"Y'all" refers to two or more people.

"All y'all" refers to a whole LOT more than two people! LOL

So the spell spells that affect the caster only would have a range on "y'own self," spells with a 10' radius would have a range of "y'all," while mass effect spells or spells with a greater than 10' area of effect would be "all y'all."

:)

Weapons that would need to be included are "tooba fore," "axe handle," and "tar arn."

Not to mention the necessity for explicit rules on that ever popular combat style, 'Rasslin'!

ROFLMAO

I lived in Louisianna, Arkansas, South Carolina and now im moving to Atlanta Georgia.

Geeze this brightned up my day. I still say y'all and i love grits and moonpies but RC sucks

The central big bad villain for campaigns would be required to lay out his plot for any captured heroes. He would start with,

"Now I'ma fixin' to cut chew wide open, but let me tell you 'bout whut's goin happ'n to yer mammy."

Hot Damn! That would be a great CS.

Ha, I beat you to it. I played in Savannah Knights, which was a game (on the Storyhour forum) that took place in Savannah, Georgia. Magic existed in the world, in the parallel realm of the fey, so the world was still as we knew it, but with some magic crossing into our world.

After I finished Savannah Knights, I got to play a new character briefly. Our first adventure consisted of breaking up a feud at an Elvish trailer park near Macon, Georgia. There were two groups of Elves--some light, some dark--and they got into a big rifle-shooting conflict, with the light Elves trying to attack the dark Elves' trailer.

Redneck Elves. Whew. They'd been living there for hundreds of years, but thankfully, among Elves, that's not enough generations for there to be serious inbreeding.

Good Stuff. :)

There could even be epic villains such as:

The Inbred Brothers: World's worst country band. They sing like a hound dog bayin' at the moon and they have a permnent stinkin' cloud aroun' them.

The Wrassler: Kicked out of professional wrasslin, he tries to do a pile driver on everyone.

And for those who reall want to go to hell:

Deliverance.
