I agree. Roy is probably my favorite character out of the whole strip. Not for the funny, but just general characterization. Yes he's a sarcastic smart-ass, but like the mouse said, in the end Roy is a hero. He could have very easily walked out on Sapphire City, and would have been justified since he and his friends (I seriously think that's how he now looks at the entire OotS, not just Durkon) had been lied to and manipulated.
