[Update v2.12] The Masterwork Update: Tactical Combat Math & Direct VTT Webhooks!

Hey everyone, the feedback from this community over the last week has completely shaped the direction of DM Co-Pilot. After looking at the traffic data, it was obvious you guys wanted deeper combat tools and less friction getting data into your VTTs.

So, I just pushed a massive update to the live app. Here is what is new:

• Action Economy Analyzer: D&D is a numbers game. You can now input your party size and the boss's actions. The app calculates the exact mathematical action ratio and tells you if your boss will get steamrolled in round one. It also uses AI to suggest specific, non-HP-based tactical mechanics to balance the fight.
• Direct Foundry VTT Webhooks: No more downloading JSON files. If you use Foundry, you can now enter your local REST API URL and instantly blast generated monsters straight into your live game.
• 2014 -> 2024 Rule Converter: Paste your massive library of legacy 2014 homebrew monsters, and the AI will instantly rewrite them to match the new WotC 2024 design standards (moving Spellcasting to Actions, adding Weapon Masteries, etc.).

[Major Update] You can now upload your Campaign PDFs!

The traffic from this board has been insane (we hit over 400+ concurrent users this weekend!), and the #1 request I got from you all was a way to handle massive, messy campaign lore documents.

I just pushed The Campaign Lore Weaver to the live app.

You can now upload your campaign PDFs or module notes directly into the app. It uses a custom RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipeline to memorize the text. You can then chat with it like a personal Campaign Historian.e.g., "Wait, what was the name of the blacksmith the party met in session 2?"

[Major Updates v2.13 - v2.16] Vision AI Maps, D&D Beyond Imports, & Table Sentiment!

The traffic from this board over the last 24 hours has been unbelievable, and thanks to you all testing the app, DM Co-Pilot just cracked the Top 10 on the global charts for AI tools!

To celebrate, I spent the morning pushing four massive updates to the live app to completely remove the friction from your prep and live sessions:

• The Cartographer's Eye (Vision AI): Hate drawing VTT walls? You can now upload a photo of a hand-drawn dungeon map on a piece of graphing paper. The Vision AI will "look" at it, map the geometry, and generate a downloadable JSON file with the wall/door coordinates ready to import into Foundry.
• The D&D Beyond Bridge: Inside the Player Cheat Sheet, you can now just paste a player's public D&D Beyond URL. The app will instantly reach out to the API and scrape their Name, Class, and Max HP directly into your zero-lag tracker.
• Live Table Sentiment Analysis: I upgraded the Audio Scribe! It now analyzes the pacing of your session. If players are stuck in analysis paralysis or the energy drops, the AI acts as a Director and suggests a sudden "Tension Spike" (like an ambush or a loud noise) to wake the table up.
• The Campaign Lore Weaver: You can now upload your messy campaign PDFs directly into the app. It uses a custom RAG data pipeline to "memorize" the text, allowing you to chat with it like a personal Campaign Historian.

[Hotfix Update] The 403 Firewall Backdoor & 2,600+ Generations!

First off, a massive thank you to everyone on this board who has been testing the app. I was looking at the database telemetry today, and we officially crossed 2,670+ AI script runs and over 45 hours of live session compute time. Because of this community, DM Co-Pilot actually hit #8 on the global Viberank AI charts this week!

The New Feature (The Fix):A few of you reported that the new D&D Beyond Importer was occasionally throwing a 403 Error because Cloudflare/corporate firewalls were blocking the automated scraper. I can't let a blocked API crash your live sessions.

So, I just pushed a Manual JSON Backdoor to the live app. If the standard URL import fails, you can now open your browser's Network tab, grab the raw character JSON directly from D&D Beyond, and inject it straight into the app. The tool parses it, handles the null values, and drops the player stats into your initiative tracker with zero lag.

[Hotfix] Initiative Tracker & Homebrew Forge Fully Stabilized!

Hey everyone! A massive thank you to those of you who have been stress-testing the new v2.12 Masterwork Edition over the last 24 hours.

I was monitoring the live error logs tonight and noticed a few of you hit a blank screen on the Initiative Tracker and a crash when trying to download monsters from the Homebrew Forge.

I just spent the evening doing some deep-code surgery, completely re-aligning the Python backend, and syncing up the repositories. Both of these bugs are officially squashed and live. The app is running smoother than ever!

If you were trying to use the Initiative Tracker or download stat blocks earlier and got stuck, refresh your browser and give it another spin.

[Update v2.13] The "Butterfly Effect Engine" is LIVE!

First of all, I need to say a massive thank you to everyone here. Because of the incredible feedback and traffic from this board, DM Co-Pilot just hit #1 on Viberank for Top AI Apps (Both this week AND this month)! We officially crossed 2,000+ total views.

You guys have been asking for tools that track the consequences of your players' chaotic actions, so last night I built the Living World Simulator (The Butterfly Effect Engine).

How it works:

1. Open the tool and type in the major things your players did this session (e.g., "They burned down the tavern and insulted the guard captain").
2. Click Advance Time (Simulate 1 Week).
3. The AI engine cross-references the world state and generates the off-screen consequences:
   
   • Faction Moves: How do the local guilds react?
   • Economy Shifts: Did their actions crash local prices?
   • Villain Progress: While the players were distracted, what did the BBEG accomplish?

It permanently saves this to your session memory so your world actually feels alive and reactive.
