My wife got the Best of Will Ferrel DVD for me just for that sketch.

I bought it for the same reason, though I end up whispering "you're a ****ing dog" quite a bit.

Okay, a second and third viewing convinces me that Jimmy Fallon really does suck. Was there ever a skit he finished where he didn't crack up in the middle of it?

A classic skit, due mainly to the genius of Farrell and Walken.

We like that one (and that line in particular is one I use a lot). And we also like Ferrell's Robert Goullet sketch quite a bit. "Dah-dah-dah-DEEE Dah-dah-dah-DOOO.... You get the idea."

The cowbell sketch is one of my all-time favorite SNL sketches. Another one of my favorite-ever sketches is the one where Chris Farley is a Chippendale's dancer. Totally classic!

That skit ruin the song for me. Now all I hear is the Damn cowbell in that song. You do realize that there is an actual cow bell being played in the song.

The Best of Christopher Walken SNL DVD is excellent. Not only does it have the cowbell, it has Colonel Angus. I was uninitiated in the cowbell until a friend of mine picked this one up, and I think I've watched it three more times since then -- it sticks in your head.
