I have no arms!

Well, actually, I do, but as my character just recently acquired a spell from OA called "Fire Wings" which transforms his arms into wings of fire, I can't use any spells with material or somatic components while the spell is active. Do, has anyone compiled a list of verbal only spells? I mostly need only those from the phb, but if said list included spells from R&R or OA, etc, that would be great, too.

New Arms

Its easier to just use Alter Self you give you an extra arm for spell casting. Perferably one that protrudes from the top of your head. That'll freak out the bad guys!
