I have the Draconomicon!

If you say that all true dragons gain half-dragon treatment - does that extend to the epic dragons?

No it doesn't. However, my rewrite of the half-dragon template does give the Force & Prismatic Dragons a half-dragon equivalent. I have also gone and added the new true dragons from the Draconomicon to my template as well, but I haven't gotten their Level Adjustments figured out yet.

Earlier on, someone asked if the Draconomicon had sample dragons and I didn't see an answer. Yes, the book has sample dragons for all chromatics (and metallic, I think) for all age categories. It also has little personality write-ups and such. It's the last section of the book and takes up about 75 pages!

I asked and was answered. I didn't ask about the pagecount or the personality write-ups, so I learned something new now after all. 75 pages full of dragon goodness (or badness) - yay. (And the rest of the book, too, come to think of it.)

No, it isn't the last section of the book. The last chapter yes, but not the last section. There are 2 appendicies after the sample dragons. Chapter 5, which contains the sample dragons, runs from page 199 through page 276. That's a total of 77 pages of sample true dragons.

There is one, the Initiate of the Draconic Mysteries, who is basically a monk with different, dragonflavored high level abilities. at tenth level they can shapechange into a dragon.

Thanks!

I went and took a gander at it in the WotC store today, and that might be useful.

If nothing else, it increases damage dice, which my 31st-level monk-type has 4d8 of and will (after a DM-encouraged rewrite) have either 6d8 or 8d6 on his monk attacks. Ah...

Soo..... inquiring minds want to know: Did they include anything on the Fairy Dragon, and if so how good is the art (who did the art) and how did they handle the little cutie's stats, and that wee little wish ability they had.

Man I love them... not as much as Yugoloths, but Fairy Dragons amuse me oh so much. :D

In the monster section they do have the fairy dragon. The art is unclaimed (doesn't have any sort of symbolds/words at all). Its CR 6, has a bunch of spell like abilities that don't include wish, but do include charm monster and entangle, and its breath weapon causes a stun-effect inducing euphoria.
