I killed a god. Killed him dead.

Perhaps by inaction. But than again, they weren't the ones doing the killing. ;)

My PCs did kill off a nearly god-like Baernaloth however, bordering on the edge of a TPK the entire combat; a real skin of the teeth victory but they did win. While not truly a deity in identity or true power level, it was comparable to a demigod in many ways. My story hour will cover it eventually fairly far down the road.

And the "Incident" on Toril doesn't count for this? Well. I suppose not - he wasn't the full diety - just the avatar.

That Baern though made a nice 'pop' sound when we tossed him onto the blades on Aoskar's corpse.

Back in the days of 1E, we kicked Kurtulmak (Kobold god) around quit a bit

But did you kill all 202 of his kobold guards armed with vorpal swords?

I have to say niether I, nor any party I have DMed, has ever killed a god outright. Not something that should really be possible for a full fledged god, demigod, maybe, but not a greater/lesser god.

Yep. In junior high.

True story from 1981. We were wandering through Hell - our 8th lvl characters had just killed Tiamat and taken a bunch of her eggs to raise as pets (using haste to age them quickly), but my dwarf fighter had missed that session - and we were walking by the Styx. "You see a HUGE albino shark surface near you," says the DM.

"I shoot him with my longbow!" crows my best friend. Rolls... a 20. We roll on Good Hits and Bad Misses, the Dragon crit hit table, and roll "head shot, instant death."

The DM blinks. "You just killed Sekolah, God of the sahaugin, with a single arrow." He blinks again.

"Cool," say my friend. "He have any treasure?"

Nowadays, I try to make sure that doesn't happen. If a demigod gets killed, it's probably another demigod doing the killing.
