I lost 5 lbs.! THE NEW GENCON DIET!!

Seriously, this morning I weighed myself on the scale, and I was a full 5, maybe even 6 pounds lighter than I was before I went to GenCon.

The combination of walking my ass off, and carrying a 20-lb. bag all over the convention center certainly did the trick. This coupled with the fact that I just didn't seem to quite have the appetite that I would normally have. One night for dinner I simply had one of those banana/strawberry smoothies from the mall. And I skipped breakfast every morning.

Man, if GenCon were a week-long, I could lose 10 pounds.

So, if you're a gamer like me, and you need to lose some weight (which gamers don't?) then you should consider the GenCon diet!

It worked for me, and it will work for you!

I lost almost 10lbs. I walked a lot but mostly I didn't eat.

I ran out of money on Friday so I survived on my own body fat (and now the is a good deal less).

Just listen to this stunning testimony to someone who has not only tried the GenCon diet, but has had amazing success with it as well! It will work for you, too! Guaranteed!

My bag weighs 20lbs when it's empty and no matter where I go I always have to walk up hill both ways in the snow, barefoot and that's on a good day.

I didn't lose any weight (but then again I don't have much to lose), however, I only ate once on Sunday, and that was at about 4:30 or so.

The secret -- drink a couple of those 64 ounce Mt Dews :D (the ones you get at the 3rd story food court at the mall across the street from the Midwest Express Center).

I sure became familiar with the restrooms though...

I thought about acquiring one of those 64-oz. "Tub O' Pop" that Saz's was selling, but I figured my wrist would probably break off from that much weight. That, and my kidneys would probably revolt.

A single 8-oz serving of Mountain Dew contains 110 calories (kcal), all from sugar -- 31 g of fructose. A 64-oz Mountain Dew contains eight 8-oz servings, almost 900 kcal. Two 64-oz Mountain Dews then contain almost 1800 kcal from sugar.

That's a whole day's energy requirement -- coming from sugar.
