i need a fire based PrC

I posted a "Flame Freak" up here a long time ago. Although technically a prestige race, it could easily be adapted for what you're looking for. It didn't increase rages, or have anything to do with rages, but that may not be too difficult to incorporate, if even necessary. It's been heavily revised over the last couple of years as I've playtested it in on ongoing game run by a buddy of mine. I can see about posting it if you like.

The Planar Handbook has exactly what you're looking for. There is a prestige class (the name of which eludes me at the moment) that allows a character to pick one of the four elements and then gain the appropriate powers. It's pretty cool and some of them are pretty dangerous.

Ah, excellent suggestion! I don't know why I didn't think of that; we've had one in our group. The class, as I recall, is the Elemental Warrior, and it's perfect here.
