Interesting. I think (given that these guy are "best of the best" types, that I'd probably up the prerequisites to get in, including high BAB (+6 ish?) and advanced Firearms proficiency.

The Mid BAB is nice- most people can't restrain themselves like when putting together a class . I'd give some thought to slightly less combat ability (combat being what you fall back on when you screw up your real job) and think about some class bonuses to steath, blowing things up, and swimming.

Nice work.

Depending on how detailed one wants to get, maybe specialization should be taken into account.

Special Forces guys specialize in intelligence, communications, demolitions, weapons, or medic...maybe at first level, they get to pick one and get bonuses accordingly [Skill Focus or a bonus feat?]

Morgenstern and JPL, Thanks for the input.
I like your suggestions and will see how I can work them in. I kept the class geared towards combat ASSUMING (we know what that does), that characters would have other skills and Feats from earlier levels to use as specializations. I did want to put an emphisis on swimming, but was not sure how to go about it.
