I need some advice for tactics in RttToEE Inner Fane.

Obviously there will be spoilers...

Okay, The party consists of 12th level PC's, two Fighter/Barbarians, a Fighter/Order of the bow Initiate and a Cleric of Heironious. The Aasimar Cleric has 28 wis so the DC's on his spells are good.

The last session ended after they fought the Dark Wights and they're approaching the tower. Knowing the players they're going to fail miserably in talking to the door and they're going to try smashing it open. What tactics would be best suited for the Half-Dragon T-Rex's? I've had poor results with most tactics listed in the books. Probably because nobody is "weak" in terms of HP and we don't have any arcane casters. Can the T-Rex's fit out the door? I was thinking of swinging the doors open a few rounds into combat and having one of the T-Rex's charge out and overrun several PC's and gobble up the Cleric in the back since the Cleric has the Rod and Rings of Force and they want it back in a big way.

Anyone have any suggestions? I'm looking forward to the battle because I have a feeling it will be remembered and talked about for a LONG time. I want to seamlessly incorporate the Doomdreamer Cleric, the two T-Rex's, the intelligent door, and the bridge over the lava. I don't mind changing the description of the door or the crack in order to make it more interesting, I haven't followed the module exactly so far so why start now. I also don't want to outright slaughter them.
