But they are more broad than just one class per race. I guess you could always allow only substitution classes for one favored class per race. But then you are in to restrictions.
I was thinking things like Dwarves get +1 HP per fighter level. Obviously you can get in to power creep pretty quick. Which isn't what I want.
I'd just like some mechanism for positively rewarding archetypes without actively penalizing going outside the standards.
