Another good source for sounds of all kinds is the newly opened British Library Sound Collection.
Pretty much every sound ever used in a BBC program is either already posted, or scheduled to be posted at http://www.bl.uk/collections/sound-archive/listen.html
The wildlife section should have some sounds that might work.

Animal sounds make for great monsters - in my last session I used a couple of lion SFX clips for a pair of mated low gorgons (CC) and the party really freaked at hearing their vocalizations as they were "talking" to each other out in the cavernous gloom...
