Are there stats for the trident, spiked gauntlet, and scourge? I don't see them in the PHB but my cousin has a habit of stealing the weapons of the last guy he killed. And since he just insulted the mother of an azer NPC, I can predict a double scourge ranger soon. I need some math to convince him to "draw his axes already!" before he starts hurling them.

Don't let 7 year olds play D&D if you like your sanity.

ATM I'm going with:

Trident
1d8 damage two handed, military
+2 proficiency, spear,
heavy thrown 3/6

Scourge
1d6 damage one handed, simple
+2 proficiency, flail,

Spiked gauntlets
1d6 damage one handed, simple
+2 proficiency, light blade,
Off hand

Based on the azer and sahaugin

I would count a scourge as a flail, a trident as a spear, and a spiked gauntlet as... a katar, maybe? Or maybe just a dagger.

A game doesn't really need specific stats for every possible weapon. A trident is just a spear with some extra pointy bits - "1d8 damage, +2 proficiency, versatile" is more than abstract enough to cover that sort of variation.

Trident is pretty much a spear. Give it the same damage, and traits.

Spiked gauntlet is just flavor. There's no non-lethal damage, so spiked's ability to do lethal damage is somewhat moot. If that's not good enough, use a katar.

Scourges, as a weapon rather than an impliment of torturing a helpless victim?

One handed Improvised weapon.

I wouldn't make a spiked gauntlet equal to a katar, unless the spikes were like wolverine claws. I'd make it no better than +2/1d4.

Trident? Yeah, I'd leave it as a spear. In some cases a monster's weapon might be more powerful, but you can explain that it's because of the monster's skill or something.

For what it's worth, we are planning on modeling gauntlets (not spiked ones) for a character (one of mine) who decided to never again use a knightly weapon - and feels that the epitome of brawling like an unworthy mercenary is using fists, wrapped in steel of course (he is a mercenary and DOES need to get the job done). We made them exactly like throwing hammers, except they're not throwable, of course. 1d6, +2, off hand, and they count as hammers for feats - since hammer powers are all about the dazing and stunning and we thought it fit well with a gauntleted fist.

Whaddaya mean? Haven't you ever seen Tranzor Z? Rocket...PUNCH!

BTW, I was thinking about one of the advantages of gauntlet weapons being that you can't be disarmed... but as far as I know, there is no disarm maneuver in 4e, is there? Are there any powers that can disarm?

I'd say just let him use the weapons he steals from enemies and let them be effective.

He's 7, and it's a decent character hook. "I will kill you and kill your friends with your weapons." No need to make him bust out the axes.

Just make them all d8/+2 and be done with it. (Unless your other players would object, but, in the end, he's seven and having fun.) Or, as above, trident is a spear, scourge is a flail, etc. Spiked gauntlet, eh, yeah, I dunno.
