Oh yeah I feel you. I had to delete my Reddit account so I'd stop getting exposed to world news.

My players are super hyped about our upcoming Forgotten Realms campaign set in Baldur's Gate. Everyone at the table is a huge fan of the video game, so all of the PCs are survivors of the apocalyptic events at the end of the game, and bonded over teaming up to survive.

I'm hugely excited too. I hope that we get more art of some of the companions from the game (I know that Karlach is on the cover of the book).

Unless the release date has changed, we've got a little more than 2 weeks before they begin showing up at bookstores like Barnes & Noble.

I think the early release date for DDB is October 28, and the general release date is November 11, so a little under 4 weeks for those of us who did not buy a bundle on DDB.
