D&D 5E [IC] Creamsteak's Princes of Elemental Evil II

Creamsteak

Explorer
Some things get killed, the football gets passed.

The cultists scatter in various directions as best they can. The two spellcasters seem to be running away across a noisy bridge.

A stone bridge crosses over the canal fifteen feet above the water level here. Steps on the south side of the canal climb up to the bridge, which leads to a set a stone double doors. Painted on the doors is a large symbol. West and east of the bridge, and level with it, culverts carved in the shape of huge, yawning dwarven faces discharge streams of water into the canal. The small waterfalls make a lot of noise in the vicinity of the bridge. A hallway leads south from the quay on the south side of the canal.

Thaliss dismisses his illusion, and grins in satisfaction as he blasts the farthest enemies he can see.

[sblock=ooc]
Action: Cast eldrich blast on AO24 and AP24 foes. I'll include some rolls for advantage because I would venture to say that they are not really paying attention to Thaliss at that distance.

Carradoc holds onto the turtle.

He contemplates putting the turtle in his haversack, and then wonders what will happen when he loses concentration: the dragon turtle reverts to its original form, grows, and either suffocates or breaks through the seams into this world or another plane. That's no good. Or it suffocates beforehand (would it revert if it suffocated in turtle form? He does not know, but it's best not to experiment).

Carradoc eyes up the small creature in his hands, its little legs paddling in the air, its neck craning around. "Can you understand me?" he asks it. "Where will we each be an hour from now?"

Carradoc moves into the main room, maintaining concentration.

He sees a retreating fighter ahead, and lets loose a chilling beam.

OOC: to get me onto the map -- move to AO 45 (speed: 40).
Should give line of sight to AO 24, and so Chill Touch [roll0], with [roll1] necrotic if a hit. If no LOS, that's fine -- his action will be to Dodge anything incoming.
