D&D 5E [IC] Creamsteak's Princes of Elemental Evil II

(carradoc had meant to aim at the guy at BN 80, but the shark thing is fine -- better to roll with it. Now though he will turn his attentions to the nearest foe; he doesn't want his own boat capsized.)

Action: Attack BN 80; to hit [roll0]. If a hit, damage = [roll1] necrotic.

Kubeba cleaves through all three reavers. It's particularly gruesome and inspiring at the same time.

Thaliss bubbles and swims.

Carradoc blasts a shark, but the spell doesn't hit.

Maighan has an action.
 

Maighan chooses to focus on thorn whipping the shark. A hit and 7 damage.

The shark goes for Thallis dragging his rider with him. The rider thinks this is hilariblrbrgblr.

The shark attacks and bites Thaliss, but Thaliss deflects this attempt with a shield spell.

Parties turn. The only thing on the board right now is a held (drowning) enemy, a laughing (drowning) enemy, and a shark in the water by Thaliss.
 

"You okay, Thaliss?" asks Carradoc the next time he surfaces.

Before he can answer, Carradoc tries to blast the shark.

[roll0]. If a hit, damage = [roll1] necrotic.

OOC: 2 damage. woo!
 

Kubeba drops his axe in the bloody gore before him, covered in blood he draws a javelin and dives into the water the help Thaliss.

Thaliss conjures fire magic, unsure if it will work underwater

OOC: Cast create bondfire (I am assuming that the shark is directly in front of Thaliss).
dex save DC16 or [roll0] damage. I don't know if it helps, but Thaliss has the elemental adept (fire) feat.
 

Thaliss slightly burns the shark. Maighan whips it again.

The shark bites at Thaliss. 13 damage from the bite if you are not shielding.

The rider once again finds this funny.

Parties turn.
 

OOC: Thaliss shields (I don't want to roll a check to see if Thaliss looses concentration)


Thaliss moves away from the dangerous shark, and will get out of the water if he can

OOC: Action: disengage
Move: up and out of the water, on firm land (not on the boats)
