D&D 5E [IC] Creamsteak's Princes of Elemental Evil

OOC:
A single humanoid-seeming sentry with a gargoyle mask stands on the other side of the door. He is not the first thing you notice.

Thaliss misses one of his attacks. (You don't have advantage, faerie fire cancels out the disadvantage of targeting something prone with a ranged attack). The other attack kills the monk.

The monk was standing (at least this is what I understood), so Thaliss should have had advantage on the first attack, killed the monk, and the second attack would have been with no advantage, prone cancelling faery fire. Rolls:
1st attack: 12 & 20, with 20 damage
2nd attack, no advantage (1st roll): 21, with 9 damage (posts# 735-736 OCC)
So one of the minotaurs (the one at the far right, for line of sight) should have 9 additional damage if hit by 21.
Thaliss would have used a bonus action to transfer hex (disadv to str) to the same minotaur

Seeing that they may yet prevail, Thaliss focuses his mind and releases another eldritch blast at the glowing beast standing closest to the door.

OOC: attack hexed minotaur.
attack [roll0]
attack with advantage [roll1]
force damage [roll2]
necrotic damage [roll3]

Dent thought about retreating. Then he realized the extent of Tolan's injuries. Unspoken fear rippled through the knight. He moved to W28 and grasped Tolan by the shoulder. Tolan could feel Dent's uncertainty channel into the healing the knight poured into his fellow half-elf.

Lay on Hands 20 hp all in one shot.

Carradoc slides along the stops until he can have a clear shot at the remaining centaur. "Pew."

OOC: move to Y32. fire Chill touch:
To hit: [roll0], if successful [roll1] necrotic. Maybe that was supposed to be with advantage? If so: 1d20+7=14.

Aridha moves up and slashes with her sword at the beast's flank! A quick glance and murmured invocation sends healing energy hastily gathered from the earth and sky into Tolan as well.

(Move to Z27 and sword attack!)

[roll0] to hit ([roll1] with advantage) for [roll2] damage.

Dent heals Tolan.

Carradoc would have advantage from faerie fire and recklessness.

Carradoc and Aridha both hit the minotaur. Aridha heals Tolan.

The Minotaur slashes at Aridha recklessly for 14 points of damage.

The doors on the eastern and western sides of the room come wide open and gargoyle-masked monks come flooding into the room.

Two go after Aridha, two after Dent. They each make two unarmed attacks. One yells in common, "The ones who killed Qarbo have returned. Show them the strength of stone."

OOC: Dent: Hit 4, Miss, Hit 7, Crit 11
Aridha: Hit 4, Hit 4, Miss, Hit 8

22 damage to Dent and 16 damage to Aridha.

Two monks on each side are further behind because they had to open the relevant doors.

Bolstered by magic from his allies, Tolan continues his assault upon the minotaur, not allowing the newly arrived combatants to distract him until it has fallen.

OOC: Action: Attack minotaur (X26)
Bonus Action: Frenzy Attack (minotaur if still up, W27 if not)

attack - [roll0]
advantage - [roll1]
damage - [roll2]

frenzy - [roll3]
advantage - [roll4]
damage - [roll5]

AC: 17 HP: 36/41
Rage: round 4/10 (1/3 rages used) (1/1 frenzy used)
Resistance to Bludgeoning, Slashing, Piercing
Frenzy: Bonus Action to Attack

Damien groaned, most of his fears coming to fruition. Archandros chortled in his mind. "Oh good, more masks to add to my collection," the warlock goaded.

OOC: Action: Cast Blade Ward
Move to AA26, drawing an OA from the minotaur most likely

Tolan lands his second attack against the Minotaur.

Damien provokes a number of attacks while protecting himself with his blade ward and armor of agathys.

The minotaur strikes a devastating blow (critical hit). This is reduced down to only 13 points of damag (so 3 after armor of agathys), and ends Damien's armor... the cold does reflect and damage the minotaur.

OOC: Do you want to stop movement or keep going to your intended position?
