You know enough to know it is a demon lord. Everything in your head screams for you to run
Out of the dark surface of the water bubbles two monstrous heads, each resembling an angry baboon with wickedly curved tusks. Both heads are attached to a single torso and the monster's red eyes burn with blood lust and madness. The creature rising from the Darklake must stand 30' or more, with water cascading down its back and shoulders. Upon reaching its full height the great demon throws back its heads and roars!
He is still a good distance out. It will take half a minute or so before he is in reach of the shoreline. It looks like he will come ashore just north of the Deep Father Shrine. The kuo-toa all around you have stopped what they are doing and are just standing, facing the creature and shouting "Leemooggoogoon!" over and over. The only kuo-toa not doing that is Shuushar.
Ez just grabs everyone that he can and runs for the encampment where the others are waiting! "We need to get the others and get to the boats! It looks like it is coming for land, so hopefully we can be out and gone before he returns to the deep!"
Shuushar is shaking his head. The section of your mind you have become accustomed to Drum communicating through is screaming a single high pitched tone (like feedback from a speaker).
OOC:
Ezraen (and Erevan if he succeeds) is able to guide everyone away (if he chooses). Everyone that has failed is basically dumbstruck and not able to communicate or do anything other than follow. You can probably make it to the docks or you can head for the gate or do something else.

I think Ezraen would probably realize that the village is about to be completely destroyed and going all the way to the camp then back will probably take too long. Probably your two realistic options are 1) go get the boats now hope someone snaps out of it quickly enough to help you move them) or 2) escape back to the camp and wait out the destruction and hope that a boat or two can be salvaged.
Both options seem to have some considerable risk attached...getting the boats now risks being on the lake in a boat the same time the monster is there. Trying to wait things out in the camp or nearby means hoping the monster eventually leaves.
"What the..." Erevan starts, but he quickens his pace before the rest of his words can come out. Instinctively the elf grabs hold of whichever ally seems to dally, urging them away from the horrendous monstrosity.
All right, so Erevan and Ezraen have maintained control of their senses enough to guide everyone out. Which way are you going? Docks? Camp?
A third possibility might be to get the boats and then sail along the shore near the camp and send someone to the camp to get the rest of the party (the camp is a few hundred feet inland). Again...every option comes with risks.
Edit: Converse among yourselves either here or in the OOC thread to decide.
Surana stares in awe at the towering horror, her sword arms now limp at her sides. Its roar sends her mind reeling as the sound overpowers the surrounding din of panic.
Eventually--seconds later? hours?--she just barely hears her name over the constant scream in her head. She pries her gaze from the risen god and sees Erevan looking at her expectantly.
"I--what?" she replies stupidly, her expression blank.
