D&D 5E (2014) [IC] Uller's Out of the Abyss

Eldeth looks at Erevan with a little more patience "They won't know. Like Orsik said. This places is very old. Whoever...or whatever...made this is lost to history and this place has been long forgotten. Look here. The stone was not cut. It was more molded."

"What are ya talking about? This stone was cut and polished. Look here are some tool marks right here...!" Orsik and Eldeth bicker back and forth in dwarvish over the intricacies of stonework. Eldeth eventually decides she'd rather keep an eye on te rest of the group than put up with a priest that thinks he knows something about stonework.

"Well, if it is worked, it could be trapped. 'Van, can you check to see if we are good to enter?" Ezraen looks concerned at Orsik and Eldeth after their exchange.

JustinCase make a Perception check to try to notice any traps (or investigation). I will assume you are checking as you enter the room to see what is safe as you move. I will use your check the first time it is relevant.

Surana ignores the dwarves' spat, her gaze focused on the pools of water. She looks concerned.

"There's more water here now than there was last night. That's...not good. We need to hurry."

OOC: once Erevan is inside the room...

When Erevan enters the chamber the first thing he notices is terrifying. There is a figure standing in the middle of the passage to the north. It could be a drow. But what is terrifying is that it seems to be floating or suspended in midair. It has no feet. It's arms are outstretched and both end with no hands. It is about two feet off the ground and leaning a bit and is not moving at all. There is what appears to be a mace floating next to the figure.

A voice in Erevan's head (just like when Drum translates) says "hello."

Make a perception check for Erevan. Anyone not yet in the room but near the entrance to it and looking toward Erevan can also make a perception check.
