Ideas For Fey Racial Levels for Elves & Others?

I think it would be a neat idea to have special racial levels for Elves and other humanoids to make them more fey-like. This is after many people going on about how mainly elves don't seem much like their mythological counterparts. And I wouldn't want to leave Dwarves, Gnomes, Goblins and other races out of such ideas either.

The idea behind these racial levels is that they can be taken at 1st-level or whenever, giving a bunch of special abilities and qualities and stat bonuses, and a change to Fey type to make whoever takes it more like an archetypical Fey of some sort.

Of what I can think of there should be for each race, perhaps their should be ones for each subrace, even though being of a particular subrace isn't required:
Elves: A Nymph or Dryad based transfomation class, Sirine class, a courtly class (seelie or unseelie), an elemental based one (haven't decided on which ones).
Dwarves: Elemental earth based class, a Divine class.
Gnomes: Elemental earth based class, an Illusion based class.
Halflings: Satyr based class, Sprite based classes.
Goblins & Orcs: Courtly classes ('unseelie champion' or 'seelie convert'), a trollish (yeah I know Trolls are giants) class.

Elves: if you want an elemental class, take the sylph.
Dwarves: Give them the ability to create magic weapons and armors, bypassing the spell prerequisites.
Gnomes: remember Alchemy! Should get Brew Potion and other transmutation-related abilities (such as turning straw into gold or something, or being able to make philosopher stones). Also, a spriggan ability that lets them become Large from time to time.

Goodman Games' "Morningstar" has rules for that I think....their elves, dwarves, etc. become more fey-like. Alternatively, you may want to check out the 3E conversion of the Sidhelien, who are way more fey-like than standard D20 elves. You can find them at www.birthright.net.
