In my continued efforts to decode the LJN action figure mysteries (well, the mysteries I see, anyway), I've located this:

Can anyone identify the artist of that picture? It looks like it might be an Elmore piece, but it also kind of looks like Jeff Easley to me. I know that both of those artists did illustrations for the LJN line, so that's where my main suspicion comes from. I think Keith Parkinson did some of the illos, too, as did Timothy Truman, but I know that's not a Truman piece.
Bonus points if anyone can tell me if there is a larger piece of artwork that goes along with it, or similar pieces? For instance, I'm pretty sure that Mercion shows up in a couple of Elmore works, and Easley's Ringlerun has had a couple of illos of him (his action figure and the 1E PHB, 8th printing).
