you should compile this poll data into groups like this:

1-7
8-12
1-17
18-24
25-36
37-50
51-65
65+

Those groups are roughly what a market research firm would use as they group people into loose life segments (eg college, retirement etc).

The data will be clustered and point to trends and/or significant segments.

These groupings are pretty predictable:
